Does LA Garments accept returns?
Defective merchandise and/or substituted styles may be returned within 10 days from the date merchandise was received. All item(s) must be returned in their original condition.
Please note that LA Garments charges a 15% restocking fee for the return of non-defective merchandise.
All sales are final on accessories, custom made merchandise and sale items.
LA Garments will inititate a UPS Return Label and Call Tag (printable through client’s email address) for all approved merchandise returns. Return shipping charges will only be refunded due to discrepancies and errors of LA Garments and are limited to “standard ground” shipping rates.
All Returns must include a RETURN AUTHORIZATION number for processing.
Once we receive the returned item(s), we will credit the appropriate account within 2 business days. An email confirmation will be sent upon completion this transaction.
Please note: refunds will be credited to original credit card only. Shipping is refundable solely upon the discretion of LA Garments.
